AGM November 9 2025

 Due to a large number of Committee and Delegates being unable to attend the AGM for our October date, it has been decided to change the date.

The new date is Sunday November 9 with the AGM at 11am preceded by the District Meeting at 10am.

Please let your members know the new date.

I have attached a Nomination Form and Delegates notice and Proxy form for your information.

2024 Minutes and 2025 Agenda will be sent out in due course.
